O&M Manager Slovakia (Renewable Energy – Photovoltaic Sector)

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the Slovak entity with HQ support,
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, certificates, and grid connection rules,
  • Build and lead a team of service engineers,
  • Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of PV plants and BESS,
  • Supervise electrical work (LV/MV), testing, and installations,
  • Act as main contact with DSOs and ensure compliance with Grid Integration Rules,
  • Manage service response, fault diagnosis, and emergency interventions,
  • Prepare reports, support tenders, and manage contractors.

Our requirements

  • Slovak qualification § 23 Electrician for activity/operation management (Decree No. 508/2009 Z.z.); EIC Certificate a plus,
  • 4–7 years’ experience in the energy sector (O&M, distribution, or industrial facilities),
  • Proven leadership and team management skills,
  • Strong knowledge of PV/wind power plants; BESS experience an advantage,
  • Ability to read electrical/construction blueprints; MS Office proficiency,
  • Higher technical/electrical education preferred,
  • Languages: Slovak (fluent), English (advanced),
  • Driving license and readiness to travel.
