O&M Manager Slovakia (Renewable Energy - Photovoltaic Sector)

Establish and manage the Slovak entity with HQ support,
Ensure compliance with local regulations, certificates, and grid connection rules,
Build and lead a team of service engineers,
Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of PV plants and BESS,
Supervise electrical work (LV/MV), testing, and installations,
Act as main contact with DSOs and ensure compliance with Grid Integration Rules,
Manage service response, fault diagnosis, and emergency interventions,
Prepare reports, support tenders, and manage contractors.

Slovak qualification § 23 Electrician for activity/operation management (Decree No. 508/2009 Z.z.); EIC Certificate a plus,
4–7 years’ experience in the energy sector (O&M, distribution, or industrial facilities),
Proven leadership and team management skills,
Strong knowledge of PV/wind power plants; BESS experience an advantage,
Ability to read electrical/construction blueprints; MS Office proficiency,
Higher technical/electrical education preferred,
Languages: Slovak (fluent), English (advanced),
Driving license and readiness to travel.
