Service Engineer Slovakia (Renewables energy – photovoltaic sector)

Execution of inspection and maintenance work,
Reporting, efficient problem solving on the field,
Service and emergency response within a specified time,
Diagnosis of faults, maintenance of PV systems,
Work on the PV plant on the daily basis,
Readiness to act immediately on critical faults to keep energy production,
Electrical work, measuring, and installation work as part of the services,
Contact with local Distribution System Operator (DSO),
Responsibility for work carried out in cooperation with DSO’s on the basis of the Grid, Integration Rules (local DSO cooperation rules),
Availability to work under a preventive regime.

Skills, experience and certification to perform electrical works and measurements for Low and Medium Voltage:
Slovak Qualification: § 22 Electrician for independent work in accordance with Decree No. 508/2009 Z.z.
EIC Certificate (nice to have)
Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in the energy sector,
Driving license, readiness for service trips,
Ability to read building and electrical blueprints,
Knowledge of MS Office,
Experience in the implementation, auditing, and/or servicing of power plants, distribution network, and industrial facilities. Experience in the photovoltaic or wind sector would be a plus,
Secondary technical education (electrical engineering or related field) – higher education is an advantage but not mandatory,
Slovakian – communicative in writing and speech,
English – communicative in writing and speech.
