How do you protect the financial value of a utility-scale renewable asset when market rules and price structures keep moving fast? Filip Sypko, our Business Development O&M International Director, addresses this reality in his latest interview with Energy Industry Review, Romania’s leading energy sector magazine.

Utility-scale renewables are complex because engineering, operations, markets and regulation all interact in real time. As Filip points out: “Asset owners look for long-term partners who can protect the value of the asset over the next decades. When a regulation changes, a price mechanism shifts, or a new storage use case appears, we can respond in weeks, not quarters, which is only possible because we own the technology of our Nomad NX SCADA system. Our dedicated reporting and analytics team takes the diagnostics coming out of the system and translates them into business-ready conclusions, allowing us to optimize energy output and reduce operational risk for our clients.”
In Romania, Nomad Electric Services has already secured a pipeline of 260+ MWp of solar plants and 350+ MWh of BESS, and the local team keeps growing.
