Łukasz Lech is new Chief Technical Officer at Nomad Electric

In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the construction processes (EPC) of utility-scale solar farms under the contracts signed by the company.

With extensive experience in the energy industry, Łukasz Lech will manage the construction of PV installations on a turnkey basis. He will oversee the project department, medium-voltage cable connections, legal matters, and energization processes. The company’s EPC project portfolio currently encompasses over 440 MWp.

Łukasz Lech has extensive experience in the energy industry. Before joining to Nomad Electric, he was an Investor Supervision Inspector at R.Power. From 2016 to 2021, he was the Board Representative for Lean Management at Lamel Rozdzielnice, and previously held positions as a construction manager and head of the HV department. During the early years of his professional career, he worked as an assistant to a designer of electrical installations. He was working with CES on the construction of the Municipal Stadium in Wrocław for UEFA EURO 2012. Łukasz Lech has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology. He specialized in Power Engineering in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Automation. He holds construction licenses for electrical and electro-energetic networks, installations, and equipment for design and construction management without limitations. He has completed postgraduate studies in Lean Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a Kaizen Coach certificate accredited by the Kaizen Institute. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Koźmiński Business School, which he will complete in March 2024.
