Responsibilities

· Oversee the construction, commissioning, and testing of utility-scale PV projects on-site, ensuring alignment with the execution plan, contracts, and relevant documentation.

· Coordinate daily operations with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate seamless project execution.

· Develop and implement project schedules to ensure timely completion.

· Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

· Adhere to the highest industry standards for quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.

· Conduct site inspections and hold regular meetings with contractors and suppliers to track project progress and ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.

· Supervise the inspection of materials and supplies delivered to the site.

· Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, engineers, and project managers.

· Provide progress updates and address any site-related concerns.

· Identify construction risks, troubleshooting and problem solving.

· Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.

· Actively cooperate with other departments and the Investor’s representatives during project execution.

· Assist the Investor with ongoing inquiries, providing answers, preparing reports, etc.

· Supervise the energization process of the PV plant

Our requirements

· Relevant higher technical education, e.g., electrical, electrotechnical, or construction-related

· Minimum 4 years of experience working on large-scale PV projects in Europe, preferably in Romania

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and technology;

· Independence, accuracy and very good organization of work;

· Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level (min B2) in an English-speaking environment;

· Knowledge of the Romanian language, at least C1 level

· Competence in AutoCAD is preferred.

· Category B driving license
