Supervision and execution of inspection and maintenance work of PV plants
Reporting and efficient problem-solving in the field
Preparation of tender processes, agreement analysis, and work contracting
Contact with the local Distribution System Operator (DSO)
Responsibility for work carried out in cooperation with DSOs based on the Grid Integration Rules (local DSO cooperation rules)
Service and emergency response within a specified time
Diagnosis of faults and maintenance of PV systems
Daily work on the PV plant
Readiness to act immediately on critical faults to maintain energy production
Supervision over electrical work, measuring, and installation work
Electrical work, measuring, and installation work as part of the services
Availability to work in a two-shift system

Certification to perform electrical works and measurements for Low and Medium Voltage
Experience in team supervision
Driving license and readiness for service trips
Ability to read construction and electrical blueprints
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience in the implementation, auditing, and/or servicing of power plants, distribution networks, and industrial facilities. Experience in the photovoltaic or wind sector is a plus
Higher technical/electrical education preferred
Team building and organizational skills
Romanian – fluent in writing and speech
English – advanced in writing and speech
